How It Works?

Here's a simple guide to help you through our group buy process:

  1. Placing Your Order:

    • Visit our Shopify store or Google form and place your order during the GB period.
    • Checkout and make payment using PayNow to Rae (!!).
    • Take note of the estimated time of arrival (ETA) will, usually be stated in our link-in-bio / on each campaign site, begin counting only after the GB ends.

  2. Order Consolidation and Refunds:

    • After the GB ends, orders will be consolidated and placed with the supplier.
    • In case of Out of Stock (OOS) items, you will receive a refund.
    • Please provide your email and phone number for PayNow refunds or Email/SMS mail tracking.

  3. Shipping Process:

    • Parcels will be mailed out by the supplier directly or host.
    • Please ensure your provided email, phone number, and address are correct.
    • You can typically expect to receive your items within 3 - 5 working days after the announced arrival within our Whatsapp Group.

Important Notes:

  • Any changes to your order must be communicated before the GB closes.
  • Contact us through WhatsApp or Shopify for order changes.
  • Join our WhatsApp GB group chat for updates, discount codes, and giveaways.

Terms & Conditions:

  • No cancellations once the GB closes.
  • Refunds will be given for OOS items.
  • Minor dents/damage may occur during shipping is accepted, this could be due to poor handling of items during shipping/logistics (Would like to seek your understanding for this).
  • For significantly damaged items, partial or full refunds may be offered after discussion with the supplier. Host will inform the respective party with the final outcome of the compensation and this cannot be disputed.
  • All sales are final; no returns or exchanges.
  • For any items purchased, child supervision is always required.
  • Only participate in our GB at your own comfort level.
